There are a number of causes of headaches, and some of them are related to dental problems. Commonly, dentally related headaches can involve either the muscles of the jaw, or the jaw joint itself. Recurring headaches in the front of the ear, or behind the eye, or around the upper or lower jaws, may be a dentally related problem which can be helped by a dental visit. Although there are many other causes of headaches, dental problems are one of the most common and can often be easily solved, so a check with your dentist could be an extremely good idea. Earaches and neckaches too, can be a result of dental problems, so if you suffer from headaches, remember to tell your dentist as there is every chance that your dentist can be of assistance.
